Abstract

The article examines the problem of developing the ergonomic culture of future teachers in the context of the implementation of the national project «Keleshek mektepteri», aimed at creating a safe, modern, and psychologically comfortable educational environment. It is emphasized that the development of the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan is taking place under the conditions of digitalization, modernization of school infrastructure, and the introduction of the principles of humanization and inclusion in the educational process. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents and the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev dated September 8, 2025, the article reveals the strategic orientation of the state policy toward the formation of a new type of professional capable of working in the educational environment of the twenty-first century. The purpose of the study is to identify the pedagogical conditions, methods, and means of developing the ergonomic culture of students at pedagogical universities as the basis of their professional readiness. The research employed theoretical methods of analysis and modeling, as well as a pedagogical experiment conducted at Margulan University and Secondary School No. 48 in Pavlodar, built under the «Keleshek mektepteri» project. The results showed that the implementation of the program «Teacher of the School of the Future» significantly increases the level of professional, digital, and socio-emotional competencies of future teachers. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of adapting the obtained results to teacher education programs and in promoting the development of pedagogical ergonomics as a new and promising direction in the pedagogical science of Kazakhstan.
