About the Journal

  • The journal "Bulletin ZU" (referred as the Journal) is a periodic scientific publication (published since 1997) founded by the NLC "Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov", intended to familiarize the Kazakh and foreign scientific community with new scientific results of fundamental and applied research in the field of pedagogical sciences. 
  • The general management of the publication of the Journal is carried out by the editorial team. It includes: the editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief, members of the editorial board, and the executive secretary of the editorial board. The editor-in-chief is approved and dismissed from his position by order of the Chairman of the Board - Rector. Deputy editors-in-chief and members of the editorial board are approved from among candidates and doctors of science, PhD doctors and are dismissed from their positions by decision of the Chairman of the Board - Rector, upon the submission of the editor-in-chief of the Journal.

  • The main goal of the journal is to carry out publishing activities in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Press and Other Mass Media", reflecting the latest achievements of scientific, methodological, ideological thought.

  • The objectives of the journal: publication of high-quality and reliable results of current scientific research conducted by scientists and specialists in various fields of science by reviewing articles; formation of sustainable interest among the scientific community, as well as young and aspiring scientists; active interaction with the scientific community of leading universities in Kazakhstan and foreign countries; promotion of scientific dialogue and exchange of knowledge between scientists and specialists for the development of the scientific community; archiving of scientific data to ensure safety and accessibility for future generations of researchers.

  • The scientific journal "Bulletin ZU" is published in the pedagogical direction, approved by the Academic Council of Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov.

  • The frequency of the journal is 4 times a year in the following established terms: No. 1 - until March 30; No. 2 - until June 30; No. 3 - until October 30; No. 4 - until December 30.

  • The journal is registered with the International ISSN Centre (Paris, France) under number ISSN 1813-1123.

  • Manuscripts can be submitted in Kazakh, Russian or English.

  • Paper and electronic copies of the issues from the beginning of the publication of the journal "Bulletin ZU" are stored in the Gali Ormanov Library. The University sends paper and electronic copies of the journal issues to JSC "NCSTE" for inclusion in the electronic library and the Kazakhstan Citation Database.
