This article examines in detail the problem of professional training of future physics teachers in accordance with the new requirements of modern society in the field of education. The progressive development of science and technology, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process, requires that teachers constantly improve their knowledge, not only by studying the subject. In this regard, future teachers are required to have such important qualities as the ability to self-develop, creative thinking, and the ability to conduct professional reflection. The article raises the problem of developing the reflexive skills of future physics teachers as the most important factor in ensuring their professional maturity. This is because reflection helps the teacher to be critical of his activities, evaluate them and choose effective ways in the future. From this point of view, conditions should be created in the organization and conduct of pedagogical practice that allow students to conduct self-analysis, differentiate professional difficulties and look for ways to solve them. The article also examines the importance of students acquiring the skills of a clear study and argumentation of physical patterns and theories when performing laboratory work through the content of the subject "technique of school experiment". In particular, the study investigated the problem of "detection" and proved the need for theoretical and methodological training necessary for high-quality practical work offered for the school physics course. This will become the basis for future teachers to properly organize laboratory work and perform it effectively. The article presents the results and recommendations of a study conducted in this area.
