Abstract

This article explores the theoretical and practical foundations for integrating principles of public administration and educational management into the training of pedagogical personnel. In the context of ongoing reforms in the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the effective preparation of future teachers, the development of their professional competencies, and the improvement of educational institutions' management systems are of critical importance. The author emphasizes the relevance of applying modern management tools in education and proposes approaches aimed at enhancing the pedagogical training system. The article analyzes factors influencing the effectiveness of teacher training and examines existing management structures. Special attention is given to strategic state support measures and professional development programs for teachers. An economic analysis of the state budget allocated for pedagogical personnel is conducted, with statistical data illustrating support programs. The research findings confirm the importance of educational management in teacher training and its positive impact on education quality. The author substantiates the need to introduce effective management mechanisms to modernize teacher preparation and improve institutional governance. This article is intended for professionals, researchers, and administrators working in the field of education and pedagogical management.
