This article develops the theoretical principles of logistics in relation to the product quality management system.
Thanks to the conducted research, the following main results of scientific novelty were obtained:
- the role and place of quality in production and circulation are established based on the introduction of the concept of a quality carrier in the logistics chain from the carrier to the sale of products;
- the concept of logistics filters on the path of promoting material flows was introduced and justified, while in production logistics filters function as a synthesis of product manufacturing processes and synchronous control with testing in each technological link;
- the special role of reliability is shown as a necessary condition and basis for the process of quality formation;
The purpose of this article is quality that meets the requirements of consumers and the achievements of scientific and technological progress, determines the competitiveness of the enterprise, and at the same time, commercial success and stable financial condition.
The methodology of this article is to develop and substantiate theoretical and methodological provisions for the formation and functioning of a logistics quality management system in the process of production and distribution of industrial products.
The practical significance of the article is due to the fact that the stated provisions are aimed at improving the quality management system in the production and commercial activities of enterprises and significantly contribute to solving problems of the quality of complex engineering products.
